Advanced Technology Conference
for Users and Managers

Optimation® is pleased to announce the fourteenth Annual Opti-Users Conference.

The theme of the conference is Cutting Hard Costs through Enhanced Performance. Optimation® has proven itself as the dominate technology in the industry. The momentum of the company will insure that Opti-Users will have continued Economic Performance.


When and Where

The conference will be held on May 6th, 7th and 8th, 2009 at the Optimation®'s new Headquarters in Independence, Missouri.

Registration will start at 3:00pm with the conference starting at 4:30pm on Wednesday.

We will be introducing several new products & services. Targeted sessions will be tailored to your production needs.

Optimation® will show you how to:

One-on-One Sessions

Schedule your One-on-One Meeting with an Optimation Applications Engineer during the Users Conference. Your 15 minute meeting will be scheduled between 3:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, May 7th. Choose to meet in person while attending the conference or by phone while attending the conference online. Fill out the form below, and press the submit button.

How to Register

To register and make payment for the 2009 Conference, please follow the steps outlined below:

Step 1:  Submit your Registration

Please download the registration PDF form.  You will need to use the Free Adobe Reader version 7 to open and send the form.

Instructions on how to register are on the form.
To fill in the form online, provide the required details, and then
be sure to click on the 'Submit by Email' button to submit your registration. Alternatively, you can print out the form, and fax it to 816-228-2619


Step 2:  Make your Payment

The Registration fee is just $595 if you are attending in person. If you plan to use our new Webinar Virtual Conference, the fee is $295 for the first person, and only $149 for each additional person from the same company. Send in your payment using one of the following methods:

PLEASE MAKE CHECKS PAYABLE TO: OPTI-USERS
  • Company Purchase Order to OPTI-USERS.
    (Optimation® will invoice you prior to the conference.)

  • Credit Card Online via PayPal.

  • Company Check made out to OPTI-USERS.

  • Wire to our bank (a good option for companies outside of the US).
Of course you may also pay at the door with cash or check from a US bank, but be sure to register prior to attending so that we can plan for the correct amount of space and food.
